Sophie is a beautiful girl full of curiosity, adventure and fun. She is our "social butterfly" who has to visit and kiss each of the other dogs as she makes her way through the house. She loves to explore and fears nothing. She often leads her brother Cisco into places he wouldn't normally go; up a steep staircase, into the agility tunnel, and under the cedar trunk of treasures in the dining room. Sophie is super smart and she loves to play mind games with the humans. On several occassions we were quite sure we latched the puppy pen gate only to find Sophie and her brother wandering loose in the house. We finally observed Sophie manipulating the gate latch with her tongue until she got it open. She would then make her way to the puppy snack cabinet, open it, and reward herself. Obviously, we had to secure the gate latch and secure the cabinet door to keep "little miss adventurer" from exploring. Sophie loves climbing, digging, playing in water and playing hide-n-seek. She also loves Lifetime TV movies and snuggling on the couch. We hope you enjoy a few photos of Sophie L. being "Simply Sophie L.". HomeAgain |
